Mega Darkrai ex leads the darkness
Abyss Eye (M5) is the Japanese Pokémon expansion from May 2026, built around Mega Darkrai ex. The set belongs to the MEGA era of the Pokémon TCG and adds further Mega Evolutions such as Mega Zeraora ex, Mega Chandelure ex, and Mega Excadrill ex. Its cards form the basis of the international Pitch Black (ME05) expansion from July 2026.

The set comprises 118 cards: 81 regular cards plus 37 Secret Rares. The most sought-after cards include the Special Art Rare (SAR) versions of the Mega Pokémon ex cards and the set's Museum Rare.
30 packs — no slot lost to Basic Energy
The booster box contains 30 Japanese booster packs with 5 cards each, 150 cards in total. Basic Energy cards are not included – every slot is a regular set card.
