Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Shipping Costs
The shipping method depends on the size and weight of your order: we ship small, compact orders (e.g. a pack of sleeves or a single PSA case) as a letter, slightly larger letter orders as a thicker letter (XL), and larger orders as a parcel. The available shipping methods are shown automatically in your cart and at checkout — with tracking available as an A-Post Plus option for a small surcharge.

Delivery Time
Orders received by 16:00 are usually processed and shipped the same business day. Delivery time after shipping is 1–2 business days — both for letter shipping (A-Post) and PostPac Priority.
Shipping Partner
We ship exclusively with Swiss Post.
Tracking
Orders shipped via PostPac Priority or A-Post Plus letter mail (either size) include tracking: after shipping, you'll automatically receive the tracking link by email and can follow your shipment on post.ch at any time. Standard A-Post letter mail doesn't offer tracking. If you'd like delivery with tracking, you can upgrade to A-Post Plus at checkout for a small surcharge.
Damaged Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please document it with photos and contact us right away at kontakt@herzderkarten.ch. We'll take care of a solution as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment can't be delivered and is returned to us, we'll contact you by email. Redelivery may incur additional shipping costs.
