About this expansion
The shortest run: POP Series 3 (P3) was in circulation only from April to August 2006, making it scarcer than any other series of the Organized Play program. Among its 17 cards, Pichu Bros. stands out – the first tournament-legal card showing more than one Pokémon. The most sought-after are Blastoise and Jolteon, ahead of the sibling pair Minun and Plusle.
