About this expansion
Out of the shadows: Dark Explorers (DEX) was released internationally on 9 May 2012 and in German on 15 August 2012. The fifth expansion of the Black & White series focuses on Darkness-type Pokémon and expands the relatively new EX mechanic. The list contains 111 cards, 108 of them in the regular numbering. The three secret rares are the most sought-after: Gardevoir, Archeops and the item card Pokémon Catcher.
